American Property Managers was struggling with being inundated with numerous phone calls each day with questions ranging from "Can you tell me about all of the properties you have available?" to "What ammenities does this rental property have?" They needed a website that would allow them to keep all of their property information up-to-date and display them as available when new tenants were needed.
The site was developed to help reduce the amount of phone calls coming into the office and to allow applications to be downloaded or completed online.
Features of the site include a fully updatable inventory of rental properties, including all required details, photos for each property, directions and more. A complete MLS search tool was also incorporated using a 3rd party service, but the search parameters specified by the visitor are sent onto the MLS search without needing to be entered again.
Online applications are accessible to the staff via their back-office tool and can be printed as needed. Application fees are also accepted via Paypal.
