Follow the information below to setup Outlook 2003 to access your email accounts.

You can add a new account to Microsoft Outlook using the built-in add accounts wizard. To get this started up, open Outlook and click on the "Tools" menu. In this menu, select "Email Accounts...". This should open a dialogue box. In this box, select either "Add a New Email Account" or "View or Change Existing Email Accounts" and click Next. You should then be at the first step in the wizard to add accounts to Outlook.

Getting Through the Wizard

Server Type should be set to POP3. Click Next.

Your Name This step is simply asking you to enter your name as you would your mail to appear being from. This will not change the email address that the mail is from, but only the name that appears in the recipient's inbox when you send email to them.

Email Address The next section is asking for your Email Address. Here, you should enter the email address of the POP account that you are setting up Outlook to check.

Username Type in the username you were provided for this account.

Password Type in the password for this email account. Be aware that passwords are case-sensitive.

Incoming Mail Server (POP3) Should be set to 65.23.157.20.

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) Should also be set to 65.23.157.20.

Click on the "More Settings Button"

Under the first tab, General, the first box is asking how you would like this email account to be displayed. The next box is asking for your company name, and the last box is asking for your reply to address, this may be the same as the email account you are setting up, but in certain instances it can be different.

Click the "Outgoing Server" tab at the top.

Check the "My outgoing server requires authetication" box and make sure that "Use the same settings as my incoming server" option is checked.

You don't need to change anything under the other two tabs, so click OK to save your settings.

Feel free to click the "Test Account Settings" button. When finished, click the Next button to save your email account setup.
